3. COPPA Compliance
ChatterKidz provides services to children under the age of 13. We are subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq., and the COPPA Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 312, as amended June 23, 2025.
We do not collect personal information from children directly. All personal information is collected from the parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child. We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information related to a child.

8. Session Recordings
All ChatterKidz sessions are automatically recorded via Zoom cloud recording. Recordings are used solely for child safety purposes in the event of an incident requiring investigation. They are never shared publicly, never used for marketing, and never shared with third parties.
Session recordings are downloaded to secure Google Drive storage and deleted from Zoom cloud within 30 days of the session date. Recordings are permanently deleted from Google Drive six months from the session date.

11. Hong Kong and Macau — PDPO Compliance
ChatterKidz collects personal data from residents of Hong Kong and Macau. We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (PDPO) and its six Data Protection Principles:
- We collect only data necessary for the stated purpose
- We use data only for the purpose for which it was collected
- We keep data accurate and delete it when no longer needed
